“We stayed here for four days. A great place to stay during your visit. It’s clean and comfortable. Will visit here again if I come to Hawaii.”

“We liked the room and liked the location - just steps to the Farmer's Market. This is more of a note to Expedia than to the Hilo Downtown Inn. This is the second place we have rented through Expedia that didn't tell us we'd need to negotiate stairs. My wife has trouble navigating stairs. I think the property and Expedia have an ethical and perhaps legal obligation to inform potential renters about the stairs.”

“Nice old plantation style house with a beautiful yard and view of Hilo. Staff was nice and helpful, even tho I arrived a day and a half late. Very peaceful place to stay, with birds chirping in the morning and coqui frogs croaking at night.”

“I love to stay at this more than our hotel as it's really quiet. It's really peaceful clean and they're so nice and also I supposed to take a four but they need me check really early when I arrive and I love it and I would like to come back to stay again.”
