“This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.”

“The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost...

“The apartment is really nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was enough equiped. Pool was ok. A small inconvenience is to park, as the back parking lot that is closer to the apartment require permit, and the only spot available are far away on the front parking lot.. The main problem is regarding the neighborhood and the feeling of safety. Lot of homeless in the area. The parking is full of trash and wild cats everywhere.”

“We had gotten there and I noticed I was getting bitten and I found multiple fleas in the apartment and I’ve left with many flea bites on my back, legs, and feet. They say they’ve never had any flea problems prior, I am just wondering why it happened now and what they are going to do about it. ”

The host is so wonderful, super responsive , at all times of the day (or night) The place is super nice, clean, very comfortable It has air conditioning in every room, fans for comfort , the kitchen and the supplies are very goodWill definitely try to stay with this host again whenever possible ”
