It is conveniently located across the street, just steps away from the beach.The location made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime, and the private pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. “Lovely condo! Perfect size for our family of 10. 2 children ages 4 & 6, an infant and 7 adults (2 elderly)! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. I loved that it had stairs and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility or elderly to walk down to the pools and boardwalk. The boardwalk to the beach had a ramp and stairs leading down to the sand as well! Security patrols 24/7, so that made me feel comfortable walking down to the beach late at night or the early morning hours! Check in was easy, and...

“Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”
