“La maison était très agréable, propre et au calme.Il est très facile de stationner dans la rue. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Le centre de Périgueux est accessible à pied en 10 minutes.Aurélia est très réactive et accueillante.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! ”

“Nous avons été déçu de notre gîte. Les alentours sont mal entretenus, l’impression d’abandon. Dans la chambre n°3, le matelas est plus large que le sommier. La cuisine: manque de vaisselle, d’ustensiles de cuisine, de bols pour déjeuner. Des plats rouillés. Pas de vraie cafetière… il faut des dosettes senseo. Manque aspirateur, seau et serpillère pour faire le ménage. Sur la terrasse, les lattes en bois se soulèvent, le salon de jardin est vieillissant, odeur de fosse septique.”

“Gorgeous property. All the charm of a French house with clean & modern facilities. Pool was perfect with the most stunning views. Supermarket a short drive and bakery across the road (although sadly closed for our stay). Extremely friendly & helpful hosts. Can't recommend highly enough! ”

“The accomodations is arranged over 4 floors with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground level. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated on the next 3 floors. As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect. The kitchen was very well equiped, coffee machine, ice maker, and a full array of utensils, cooking facilities and crockery should you need. There is a comfortable sitting room with TV was next to the kitchen as well as a dinning room. The beds...

“Spent 2 great weeks in Périgueux. House is easy 10 min walk to the town, with excellent restaurants. Weather didn’t behave but everything else was perfect. Couple of very minor issues which the owner came over immediately and fixed. So quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a stunningly beautiful setting with easy access to the river for canoeing and swimming. The gite was a generous size for a couple and was well equipped. Our hosts were friendly and very welcoming. It’s about a 30 minute walk into town along a quiet road without a pavement. Emilie, the property manager, was always on hand and very helpful. Would happily return!”
