“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“Close to public transportation, dart rail line is two blocks away. Breakfast was very good.”

“Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern....

“I always enjoy my spa experience at the Hotel Crescent Court. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I used the House car for my nearby reservations and I enjoyed riding in a brand new, clean upscale vehicle. The driver was pleasant and very helpful. He made our ride entertaining and enjoyable.”

“Beautiful property. Deluxe suite was amazing but should have had an actual refrigerator and a microwave in the suite. 💙🌹”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”
