“It is 4 star hotel ”

“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“I have never met a friendlier staff than at the Ritz Dallas. Wow. Amazing job. We loved our stay the beds were wonderful. Recommend the spa and if you go add the oxygen infusion, you won’t regret it. ”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“Eleanor at the front desk went out of her way with her kindness. The manager was approachable and attentive. The restraint and bar staff were efficient and accommodating. The entire property was immaculately kept. The pool was heated, which was very nice for the chilly days. ”
