“Check-in was easy. The house was ultra clean with new appliances. I could tell the house had been recently renovated, and I appreciated how tastefully it had been decorated.We weren’t in town long enough to do much cooking, so I’m not sure about needed pots and pans.”

“The river house has an absolutely amazing view! My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out). Overall, the house was perfect and just big enough for our large family of seven. Matt was very responsive to a few questions I had and was a wonderful host! ”

“Wonderful location for a quiet extended-family stay. Lots of room for everyone across our four generations. We like to cook, and the huge dining table was perfect for being together for meals. Excellent seafood nearby. We brought our kayaks and went up & downriver, and bicycles for rides alongside the canal. Golfed at two nearby courses & had a great time overall! Owner (Dennis) was very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous view and lovely sunsets. Thanks!”

“We stayed here with a group of Moms and daughters for a lacrosse tournament that was about 40 mins away. The place was perfect for a large group with plenty of parking, bedrooms, showers and areas to relax. There was plenty to keep the girls busy with the hot tub, ping pong table, pickle ball court, etc., which was fantastic. The kitchen was also a great size for cooking for the group. Thanks for a great experience!”

“Nice place, could use some maintenance work done. One fan in upstairs bedroom is very noisy and wobbly. A remote for the downstairs light/ fan missing so could not turn the 2nd light on. Maybe put a box of matches in the house so you could start a fire in the fire pit. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathroom door knob about ready to fall off.”
