- You will be required to walk up a flight of stairs to access your apartment as the apartment is located on the first level.

- As soon as you enter the apartment you will be greeted by the spacious open-plan living, dining & kitchen.

- Lovely dining space with a 4-seater dining table and easy kitchen access for meal preparation for the family.

- Located off the dining/lounge space is your own, private balcony! This gorgeous little space is unique, comfortable, and stylish! Boasting a bench-style space with 3 bar stools.

- Light & bright lounge space with two seater lounge, occasional chair, coffee table, side table & wall-mounted smart TV (access Netflix, Prime & Disney+ - just ensure you have your account details handy so you can log in to your own streaming accounts). There is also a split system in this space which will keep you cool or warm all year round! Enjoy some board games & cards too!

- Modern kitchen boasting an electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and kettle & comes fully stocked & equipped, perfect for short or long stays.

• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.

• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.

• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.

• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.

• DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.

• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.

• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.

Host was very communicative and helpful. Though apartment was smaller than it looked in photos it was a great size for ya and lovely and clean The location was superb and we loved the morning stroll to the cafe around the corner.

This was just perfect for our needs - a family hideout over the hot Christmas break! Aircon was an absolute lifesaver and allowed us a comfortable few days to enjoy company in an apartment that had everything we needed for entertainment, cooking, and dining facilities. Top bonus was the proximity to the beach - quite literally a skip, hop, and jump. So, we really loved the experience of having breakfast out on the balcony and then walking to the beach for a swim before the heat got too much (followed by a fair bit of hopping back across the hot sand :-D. The rooms were clean and tidy and thoughtfully provided with all the linen and bathroom consumables imaginable. Thank you so much to our host for giving us the best opportunity to enjoy a family Christmas together in comfort.
