The Swan Valley House: Pet-Friendly 4-Bedroom Home near the Wineries, Jane Brook

A family home in Jane Brook, minutes from the Swan Valley wineries, with four queen bedrooms, a study and a quiet backyard. Your dog is welcome too.

Inside
The open-plan living area has a large sofa and smart TV, and the kitchen has an island bench, gas cooktop, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). The dining table seats six, and the study has a desk and chair for working. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning heats and cools the whole house.

- Built-in robes in all bedrooms
The main bedroom has an ensuite with a double vanity and shower, and the main bathroom has a bath.

Outside
A covered alfresco with a barbecue and outdoor dining looks onto the private backyard. A park and playground are a short walk down the street.

The area
Jane Brook is a quiet family suburb at the edge of the Swan Valley. Wineries, breweries and farm-gate cafés are minutes away, John Forrest National Park has walking trails and waterfalls, and Midland has shopping and restaurants. Perth CBD is about a 35-minute drive.

Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around the Swan Valley. Midland train station connects to Perth.

Good to know
- Parking: Driveway parking for two cars. The garage isn`t available to guests, and street and verge parking isn`t permitted.
- The garage is not available to guests.
- Our gardener may occasionally need to visit during your stay. We`ll let you know first.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- One pet is welcome, with a $100 pet fee per stay. For more than one pet, please ask us first.
- Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- Please pick up after your pet, bag it and put it in the outdoor bin.
- Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
