- Private entrance with lockbox onsite for a smooth & easy check-in process.
- The property is located at the rear of the front property, you will be required to enter through a beautiful wooden gate to the right of the front property, and walk down your own private walkway to your private front entrance.
- As soon as you enter the home, you will be greeted by an expansive open plan industrial-maritime styled open plan kitchen, dining, and living room.
- Amazing light & bright filled kitchen with plenty of cooking space! The property comes fully stocked & equipped, perfect for short or long stays. Enjoy the use of a double-door fridge, microwave, electric oven, 5-burner gas hot plate, and dishwasher. To the front part of the breakfast bar is the laundry nook complete with a combined washing machine & dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or use the space to work or study from home!
- Beautiful dining area with a gorgeous timber dining table - the space has large industrial-style windows which let in a lot of natural light to make the room warm & homely!
- Spacious, warm & inviting lounge area located opposite the dining space. Boasting a wall-mounted smart TV, 2 x three seater sofas, an occasional chair & a coffee table.
- Take a walk outside to enjoy your own tranquil & peaceful fully fenced private courtyard. Enjoy the beautiful deck area with an outdoor setting. The outdoor area has an original backyard dunny (Aussie slag for toilet) plus “Brighton bathing box” (an outdoor shower) inspired shower.
- The home offers 3 bedrooms & one bathroom.
- Located on the ground floor are bedrooms 1 & 2, and bedroom 3 (located in the loft) is upstairs via the spiral staircase as indicated in the listing photos.
- Bedroom 1 (the yellow room), is located opposite the kitchen space, boasting a queen bed, bedside tables & lamps to either side and a walk-in robe with a wardrobe with a double mirrored robe.
- Bedroom 2 (the studio with the exposed limestone walls) is to be accessed via a private door off bedroom 1. Boasting a queen bed, a sink, and your own double doors to access the rear backyard.
- The bathroom is to be accessed off bedroom 1 (as indicated in the listing photos). This is an incredible and unique mermaid grotto-inspired ensuite complete with handmade tiles, re-purposed vintage cabinetry, and antique lighting. This space offers a separate shower (there is a hob that you must step over to access the shower, toilet, sink/vanity & separate bath.
- Take a walk up the spiral staircase to the loft retreat! Boasting a super comfy king bed. This is a beautiful light-filled room that is the perfect space to sit back & relax and enjoy reading a book or two!

Enjoy funky Fremantle and all it has to offer! Fremantle is a port city in Western Australia that's part of the Perth metropolitan area. It's known for its maritime history, Victorian architecture, and remnants from Australia's days as a British penal colony. Fremantle Prison, which housed convicts from the 1850s to 1991.
There are always plenty of things to do in Fremantle. Just 30 minutes from Perth City, Fremantle is renowned as Perth's Old Town, full of vibrancy, colour, and culture.

- Ethos Deli + Dining Room: located on George Street (88 George Street). Open all days throughout the week, except Monday, Ethos is a great place to get coffee as well as breakfast and lunch. They also have a great selection of deli products to choose from if guests want to stock up on the fridge at home.
- DaRawNature: located on the historic Henry street in the city of Fremantle (5 Henry street). DaRawNature is an eclectic, jungle-art cafe like no other. DaRawNature is not only a great place to get coffee but it's also a great way to see the work of amazing local artists and connect with new people DaRawNature has a very communal feeling and even offers a free co-working section of the cafe. They also have many regular events such as life drawing, live music, and art shows.
- Darling Darling: also located on the historic Henry Street (1/36 Henry street), Darling Darling is a cocktail bar in a dark watering hole resembling a ship's interior. This special bar is open until late all night of the week.
- Monument Hill: Monument Hill is a memorial located a quick 10-minute walk from the apartment (corner of High street and Bateman street). It offers a great panoramic view of the city of Fremantle and is a great place to relax on a Sunday afternoon or to catch the sunset.
- Hiring a car in Perth is recommended.
- There are multiple bus stops located a minute's walk from the property. The closest bust stop is located 90m (1-minute walk) away, the buses here will take you to Fremantle Station.
- The Blue CAT is located a short 120m and the CAT will take you to Cockburn Central Station along with bus 532.
- The bus stops surrounding the property will take you to Fremantle Station.
- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!
- There is a spiral staircase inside the townhouse to take you from the ground floor to the first floor to the loft bedroom with the king bed - please refer to listing photos showing the spiral staircase to ensure it meets your needs prior to booking.
- There is no allocated parking on site however there is street parking and nearby public transport such as the local Blue CAT bus which is a short 1 minute's walk away!
- The shower to the bathroom has a hob which you must step over to access the shower as indicated in the listing photos. • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management.
