The staff at the Novotel were fantastic. When ever I had a query they were more than happy to help. After check out we realised we left something in the room. They were more than happy to let us back up to get it. We will definitely stay there again.

We where hoping for a full river view from our executive sweet but was limited to a corner view. The stove was definitely very 70’s electric top, the hotel is definitely showing its age. But on a positive, it’s in a very good location, the housekeeping staff do an amazing job and we will stay again, but won’t pay the money for an executive sweet again.

It is a good location. 3 minutes to Rent a Car office (STIX) and 3 minutes to Swan RiverThere are several good restaurants, pubs. Good access from outside Pars by car. No stress for Service & Facilities. I checked in very early morning but I could check in smoothly. It was very enjoyable stay in Perth. Fully recommended.

Very clean and spacious room, staff are very friendly and obliging. The only downside is that they are cashless in the bar and restaurants. We decided to eat and drink elsewhere on principle.

Was a nice place to stay unfortunately the bars closed a lot earlier than advertised but apart from that was ok. Pillows almost seem to small for the size of the bed.

Long queue at Saturday afternoon checkin and only two people serving. Staff were amazing on the front desk and not ruffled by this. Surprised no liners in the rubbish bins in the room. Thanks for having us. We will be back. First time stayers.

The rooms were not completely cleaned and very filthy. I complained during my consecutive nights and there was no improvement at all. Even after cleaning was completed, trash and hair remained on the bedroom and bathroom floors and in the bathtub. Glasses, cups, and cutlery were not washed or replaced without my request. This time I had a 4 night reservation, and I complained to the front desk about the cleaning on the morning of the second day, but there was no improvement at all. In addition, the power outlet did not work on some days, which was very inconvenient. Filthy and ill-equipped, this hotel was the very worst. I would tell consumers who are reading this review to never use this hotel.

I booked 3 rooms it was sooooooo hot the air conditioning was on but it was still hot the temperature was so hot even at it’s coldest - had to go home and get 3 x fans for the whole 3 days stay. Was not able to eat dinner at the restaurant as it was closed the whole time. Breakfast was nice but on our last day they had no more hash browns instead was replaced with just cooked roasted potatoes which did not go with the breakfast. The staff was really nice thou.
