The open-plan kitchen, dining and main living area connects directly to the canal-facing deck, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow for entertaining and relaxing.
The separate lower-level entertainment space has been a favourite for teenagers and extended families, offering a dedicated area with a pool table, lounge and TV.

Guest numbers & pricing
Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home accommodates up to 14 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests.

The lower-level bedroom is part of a separate entertainment zone accessed externally (no internal access or bathroom).

Natural environment
As a canal-front home, you may notice insects or other elements of nature during your stay, which is normal for the area.

Security & verification
Guests are required to complete a quick ID verification prior to arrival. A $750 security hold is placed and released after departure once the property has been checked.
