- Located in a complex comprising of 6 apartments.
- This apartment is located on the second floor. You can access this apartment via stairs or the lift.
- You will have access to two (2) allocated car bays. Please note this is tandem parking.
- Located in a quiet cul-de-sac location.
- As soon as you enter the apartment you'll be greeted by the hallway to take you to the open plan kitchen, dining & living areas. Bedroom 1 with the en-suite is located towards the back of the apartment, bedroom 2, laundry & main bathroom are located towards the front of the apartment where the front entrance is.
- Bedroom 2 is located just off the main entrance hallway, boasting a queen bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side and a double mirrored robe for your belongings.
- Main bathroom is also off this hallway, boasting a toilet, shower, single sink/vanity.
- You will also have access to your own laundry which is located off this hallway also. Boasting a 2in1 Fisher & Paykel washing machine/dryer, vacuum, iron & ironing board.
- The kitchen, dining, lounge, bedroom 1, en-suite & balcony are located towards the back part of the apartment.
- Beautiful & modern kitchen boasting stone benchtops, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, microwave - plus plenty more!! This kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped - perfect for short or long stays - you'll have an an amazing time cooking up a storm in this stunning kitchen!
- Off the kitchen you will find the dining area with large dining table with four (4) seats and the lounge area.
- Beautiful lounge area with comfortable modular lounge & smart TV. The smart TV can connect to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ - just make sure you have your accounts details handy to log in to your own account!
- Off the lounge area is the sliding door to take you out to your own private balcony with views looking out to the Indian Ocean, Scarborough, Doubleview, Karrinyup & beyond!
- The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, double mirrored robe and a sliding door to take you to the balcony. You will have your own private en-suite boasting a toilet, double sink/vanity & amazing walk-in-shower!
- HEATING & COOLING INFORMATION - - This apartment comes with fully ducted heating & cooling to all areas of the apartment to keep you warm or cool all year round.
- PARKING INFORMATION - - You will have access to two (2) undercover car bays. Please note these are tandem bays. - There is strictly no street parking. Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire apartment and undercover parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note - Apartment is located on the second floor, you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment, there is a lift though however it is quite slow - you can choose either option to access the apartment. There are no stairs inside the apartment itself.
- This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided. • NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: Some of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay. • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay. • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees. • CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property. • EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details. • LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay. • STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up. • PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking. • VISITORS: We do not allow any visitors unless approved by management first. We need to know who is staying & visiting the property, especially in case of an emergency. • EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued. • NO EVENTS: This includes but is not limited to photography sessions, hen’s parties, buck’s parties, baby showers, birthdays, birthday gatherings, business events such as marketing and photography, high tea, or any gathering that results in an excessive number of occupants. Any violation will result in a penalty and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. • NOISE POLICY: We have a strict noise policy; quiet time is strictly from 10:00pm until 8:00am, please be respectful of all residents who reside in the surrounding areas. If we receive any noise complaints for your property during these hours, you will be required to leave the property immediately and your booking will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued. • COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation. • MAINTENANCE: If maintenance arises during your stay, please refer to our guest handbook for simple troubleshooting guides. If the issue persists, you must contact us immediately to report any issues. Please provide us with a description of this issue and attach photos. Our best efforts will be utilised to update you and arrange for repairs or rectification. • TURN OFF ITEMS WHEN NOT IN USE: Make sure all lights, fans, air conditioners, heaters etc are switched off when not in the property/in use. • FURNITURE: Please do not move any large furniture inside the property. Chairs and smaller furniture must be shifted back to their original location upon departure.
