“Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. “We came with our large family to relax. Just water, sun and relax. The house is really beautiful, especially because the property is quite large and you have everything to yourself. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean. I read that it wasn't suitable for small children, but I felt very comfortable there with my 20-month-old son, who could just walk. “Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.”

“Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

“The house is lokated in a wonderfull small vilage with a breathtaking view! Everyone in the area is extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what the problem is. I never had so much fun finding the direction to a pizzeria ;) You should definitely look at and visit the recommendations for restaurants. It's been a very long time since we were so impressed by the food! We will return!”

“Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. “Wir haben zu neunt (4 Erw., 5 Kinder) eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche Ende September/Anfang Oktober gehabt. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und dem Master-Bedroom ist spektakulär und insbesondere die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Selene) war sehr nett - wir kommen gerne einmal wieder an den traumhaften Gardasee!”

Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). “Fantastisk utsikt och mycket trevlig terrass från rummet. Jättebra poolområde med bar och fin utsikt. Det ingick ingen städning, detta framgick dock inte vid varken bokning eller incheckning så man är tvungen att diska själv och inte slösa med handdukarna. Pentryt var i väldigt basic kondition. Fanns knappt glas för fyra personer. ”

“Excellent service and personnel from reception to restaurang and cleaning crew. Very clean design hotel with spa and parking included. Beautiful view over Lake Garda. The restaurang is top class, very service minded and knowledgable. Overall one of the best hotel experiences we ever have had. We will for sure be back and it is highly recommended!”
