“Nicely situated place, right on the edge of the old center. Note that you can drop your stuff but you do need to park approx 15min away. Not a big problem but just be warned. There was some late night (motos and loud-talking neighbors) and early morning street noise (garbage truck and/or street cleaners) and seems like there is little to no noise isolation on the windows. The curtains don’t fully cover the windows either so lots of light. As a light sleeper, this wasn’t great. If none of that...

“My husband, daughter and I stayed at the property for 10 days. It’s perfectly located within steps away from the central piazza. There are several cafes and grocery stores near by. The place offered the perfect space for a long stay. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend booking this place if you go to Perugia.”

“The apartment was very nice and well furnished with kitchen and bath supplies. The beds and linens were comfortable and above average quality. The host was the most attentive host I have ever had and speaks perfect English. The only thing I would say is Perugia has the most twisty and hilly roads I have ever seen. Do what you can to check in while daylight so you can best find the place. You can’t just pull up to the front door. You have to park in the back, which takes another couple roads...
