Parkeren op openbare weg vlakbij appartement is meestal goed mogelijk met aanwijzing gastvrouw. Aardige gastvrouw die snel communiceert.”

“We were in Perugia for a family wedding. The location of this property was within walking distance of the shopping and dining locations. The home was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The property's owner/family was very helpful with navigating the town and whenever we had a question or concern they answered their phone and provided assistance. I would highly recommend staying at this location ”

“We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

“I can not say enough about this property and the owner Giuseppe. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured on the site. Very convenient to everything. Giuseppe greeted us upon arrival and even drove us around to show us where the market was and where we could get a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Very pleasant and friendly owner. I recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience and enjoy what Perugia has to offer. We were 6 adults in the rental and had plenty...
