A shower/bidet/WC completes the ground floor level. Ascending to the upper floor, you will discover a small living room with air conditioning and a second double bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning. An additional shower/bidet/WC is available on this floor as well. The house features forced-air heating for extra comfort.
