“This is a lovely updated apartment with an elevator on the 4th floor of a renovated building on Broad Street in the arts district. It directly overlooks the convenient and free rapid transit line, the Pulse, which is several miles long and uses quiet new CNG buses. There are plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance.
