“The room was clean and comfortable, cool in very hot weather, liked the pool. It could be improved by some plates, bowls and cutlery to go with the microwave and toaster - if they were there, I couldn’t find them. ”

“Spicer’s guesthouse was lovely, with modern and comfortable rooms and the grounds were very pretty, with manicured gardens and wild kangaroos watching from a distance. The staff were friendly but maybe not always as attentive as they could have been. Given the guesthouse is the premium hotel of the Hunter Valley and was quite expensive I’m just uncertain as to what exactly we paid for. I think if you’re going to have a premium price you should be able to justify it in some way by distinguishing...

“Lyxigt stort boende med rejäla ytor. Lite slitna badrum kanske. Lagom lång promenad från huvudbyggnaden. Lite väl mörkt på kvällen. Förbättra gärna utebelysningen. Synd att vi missade att vi bodde på en golfbana, hade velat testa den. Frukostbuffén förvånansvärt bra!”
