“Wonderful time at this escape. We attended a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 infants that fit comfortably in this spacious home. Lots of room with a large kitchen and living room areas upstairs and down. It is within three miles to downtown and very close to breweries and wineries. The host was quick to reply and entry was a breeze. Appreciate the accommodations and hope to return next summer.”

“This home is an excellent property for a family or group. It's obvious that the property is well maintained and cared for by its owners. In fact, there were thoughtful touches throughout this charming house--including a nice bottle of wine! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with convenient dry goods. This house would be a really nice place to stay with children. Overall, the attentive owner and his excellent properties made for a wonderful weekend for my son's wedding.”

“The hot tub was amazing! Location was centralized for so many winter fun activities.The floors could have been better swept (especially in the bunk room)The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. “We were two senior couples who came to Petoskey for a fall escape. We wandered around Petoskey one day and enjoyed the stores and outdoor dining. The next day we went to Mackinaw and rode bikes, did the steps to the arch and toured the Grand Hotel. The third day we went to Charlevoix and Harbor Bay. “I was impressed with the renovation inside and all the wonderful decoration. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charlevoix, but just close enough to walk to a beach. The attached garage was a nice compliment and the very large backyard was great perfect for my Golden to run around and it was nice to see the fire pit back there.
