“We loved our weekend at Warner Hall. Such a beautiful property, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast service. Mindful staff who took really good care of us. Don’t miss the little boathouse where you can borrow kayaks. Close to historic Yorktown and Busch Gardens. ”

“Great location, very convenient 20 min walk to colonial Williamsburg center. Breakfast was made by Le Roy and he came in the dining area to explain what we were having and made adjustments. Snacks and self service coffee/tea available 24/7. The Gazebo area was not as per photos. We were in the John Rolfe room, nice and comfortable only disappointment was the shower which is badly in need or a re tile. I did see a review in October 2025 with photo of our shower with mould and stains so...

“My wife and I had to leave quite early in morning, so we thought that we would miss the "breakfast" part of our B&B stay. Not so. Josh went above and beyond, getting up early to give us a delicious, beautifully plated breakfast. Sausage and eggs, fruit bowls, coffee and tea. A great way to start our early day and a great way to end our stay.”

“This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!”
