It is close to other homes but that was okay for us, although some more window treatments in the kitchen and facing the back would be a good option. “Sweet cottage with amazing views. Some items could use updating but everything works well, and it's well stocked. We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. Absolutely the best property manager I've ever dealt with. Would stay here again! Perfect for relaxing! ”

“We were in town over Memorial Day weekend for five nights to see our grandson’s soccer tournament and to get together with a few old friends. House was all on one level which was very convenient for some of the older people. The house was in a great location convenient to the soccer fields and also Colonial Williamsburg. “We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”

“The house is older. There are several weird step ups in the house and none of us left without having stubbed our toes multiple times. The house was clean but could definitely use a deep clean sometime. It would not be ideal for the elderly and is not handicap accessible at all.
