The bedrooms consist of two doubles with balcony, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin, a second-floor twin with en-suite shower room, and a child's bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn space, and a hot tub, and designated off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.3 miles, beach in 0.1 miles, and river in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Embark on a breath-taking hike across the imposing clifftops of the South England along the South Downs Way and discover the awe-inspiring National trust owned Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters. Further inland, just a pleasant drive away, Robertsbridge and Tenterden offer exhilarating cycle routes along the off-beaten tracks of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
