“8 of us stayed at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). The grounds, view, and lake were pristine and a joy to wake up to daily. Without a car we walked into Gardone Riviera and took the ferry to other towns around the lake. “Nos encantó la casa. Viajamos 10 en familia y la casa fue muy cómoda y amplia para todos. El entorno es precioso y desde allí pudimos visitar sitios como Milán, Bérgamo o Verona. Maurizio fue muy amable y la comunicación con él fue muy fácil.”

“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist unbeschreiblich. Die Hausbesitzerin hat ihr Herz am richtigen Fleck und gab es Probleme, war sie sofort bereit diese schnellstmöglich zu lösen. Der Weg zum Haus war etwas holprig und ging bergab, also nicht gut für Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahrer. Ebenso war die Treppe zum Pool unbegehbar. Die Besitzerin versicherte aber, dass diese Mängel schnellstmöglich behoben werden. Polpenazze immer eine Reise wert....

“Huset är stort, fräscht och välskött. Det har alla bekvämligheter. Läget och utsikten är magisk. Vi fick inte nog av den att titta ut över bergen, byn och sjön. Servicen och bemötandet var proffsigt. Vi är så oerhört nöjda. Besök denna underbara plats!!!”

“We were 2 couples and 2 singels and stayed nine days at the villa and we all were very satisfied with the rooms. We all loved the view from the house over Paratico and Lago Iseo. And we could walk down to the restaurants, 30 minutes. no problem. The kitchen was good the bathrooms was nice though one was down in the cellar. It was a prefect place to stay with all nice places you can reach with the car, 30 minutes to Bergamo for example, and 5 minutes to nice vineyards. We could very likely choose...

“Our extended family (7 adults, 4 children) spent an amazing week at this beautiful house near Lake Garda. The house itself had everything we could ever need with 6 nice bedrooms with bathrooms either ensuite or very close. The outdoor areas were truly remarkable with 2 spaces for outdoor seating, a great outdoor grill, beautiful/new large pool, soccer field, and expansive grounds. “Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 volwassen kinderen. Deze locatie was sfeervol, ruim en lag perfect om de hele omgeving te kunnen bezoeken zonder gebruik te hoeven maken van de auto. Haventje lag op 3, bakker&winkel op 2 en het treinstation op 10 minuten lopen. Directe verbindingen met Monte Isola, de dorpjes rondom het meer en Brescia. Maar het huis zelf was ook een belevenis op zich. We hadden beneden een hele mooie patio, een overdekte buitenkeuken waar we elke avond spelletjes hebben...

“Dafür das man ca.500 für die Reinigung bei Abreise zahlt war es nicht sauber! Die Kaution wurde doppelt abgebucht! Die Kommunikation ist eine Voll Katastrophe. Am Anreise Tag muss man alles nachweisen während man im Auto fährt von der Bezahlung bis zur Buchung! Geantwortet wird auch nur wenn die was von dir wollen. Ansonsten kannst du dich dumm und Dämlich schreiben!”
