“The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The check in was effortless and all directions were clearly shared in advance. The property is quiet and serene. The outdoor space and pool were a nice bonus. The location is 1 mile to Lake Georgetown and a 5 to 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Georgetown center is a 20 minute drive and has great restaurants and shops. ”

“Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”

Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. “Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.”
