Parking: We do not recommend parking in front of the building on the sidewalk. Usually, free parking spots are available on Fairmount St. or Corinthian St. NO Smoking/Parties not allowed

Please note that we are unable to send your arrival instructions or allow entry until ALL 3 of these questions are answered. House Policy Agreement will be sent to your email and needs to be signed prior to check-in. We apologize for the need to do this, sadly a few bad apples have caused the need for these extra steps.
Please note: We use a noise monitoring device on the property to ensure that our guests are being good neighbors; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
Additional Note: We only provide toiletries good for the first 24-48 hour use. Please bring your own or purchase at the nearby grocery stores or pharmacies for longer stays.

We are professional hosts and this is our living, hence you can be assured that while you will be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day, we will not be pestering you, other than to initially make sure that you are comfortable. So in short, we will be there for you when you need us.

Lockbox outside the building will contain keys to enter the apartment home. You will enter the building by way of a code that we will provide to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Keys/FOBS:
Prior to your arrival, we will take pictures of the keys/fobs for the home. (Where applicable)
If the same number of keys/fobs are not left as assigned on your departure for security purposes we will have to replace all locks and pass the expense of this onto you. The costs would be as follows. Remove and Replace old lock $250-$450 depending on the lock needing to be replaced. Each fob will be $150. Mailbox lock removal and replacement keys $150
