Inside, the home is spacious without feeling overwhelming. The great room is where everyone naturally gathers—enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, play a game of pool, put something on the TV, or simply relax after a long day outside. Heated floors run throughout the home, making those cooler Montana mornings especially comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, along with a breakfast bar and wine fridge for slower mornings and evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements include:

* Primary bedroom with a king bed
* Two additional bedrooms with queen beds
* Loft with two full beds and two twin beds

Outside is where this property really shines. The wraparound deck offers sweeping views in every direction, from early-morning sunrises to incredible Montana sunsets. Fire up the grill, spend an evening stargazing, or simply enjoy having 132 acres around you.

The seasonal hot tub is typically available from approximately June through October, weather permitting.

**Important Ranch & Property Rules**

This is a private, working ranch, and protecting the property, livestock, wildlife, and peaceful nature of the ranch is extremely important to the owner.

* **No events, parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, or other gatherings are permitted.**
* **A maximum of 12 people may be on the property at any time.** This includes both registered overnight guests and daytime visitors. Please do not invite additional visitors to the ranch if doing so would bring the total number of people on the property above 12.
* **No more than 4 vehicles are permitted at the property at any time.**
* Please respect all ranch areas, gates, equipment, animals, and any areas designated as private or off-limits.

Additional things to know:

* Telescope available for stargazing—the skies out here are incredible
* On-site caretaker available if needed
* Exterior security cameras
* Driveway parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles
* Seasonal hot tub, approximately June through October, weather permitting

Service animals are welcome. Because this is an active ranch, service animals must remain under their handler’s control and leashed at all times around ranch operations and animals. Please reach out before arrival so we can share any important ranch-specific information.
