  • Denna lägenhet på 2025 kvadratfot, med två sovrum, två badrum och två balkonger, ligger i det inhägnade bostadsområdet Copperwynd Villas Condo i Fountain Hills och hyrs ut från april 2025 till december 2027 på månadsbasis.     Lägenheten ingick tidigare i Copperwynd Resort,, som nu bytt namn till Adero Scottsdale Resort.. Anläggningens restaurang kan fortfarande användas. Lägenheten ligger två miles från flera livsmedelskedjor samt Fountain Lake och Avenue of the Fountains med sina butiker och restauranger. Staden har fyra golfbanor, varav en ligger precis framför lägenheten. På en halvtimmes bilresa når du Phoenix flygplats, sjukhuset i Scottsdale samt Scottsdales butiker och nöjesutbud.
    Lägenheten ligger en halvtimme från ridning, bad och båtliv vid Lake Saguaro samt möjligheten att se vilda mustanger vid Salt River. Det är ett paradis för vandrare med otaliga vandringsleder, varav vissa utgår direkt från lägenheten.

Wonderful experience

We had a great stay. The property was delightful and Rudolf was a wonderful host who kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The condo unit had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with amazing art pieces.

This condo is incredible! Very clean, very bright, and the views are extraordinary. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our visit was satisfactory. We are already planning our next visit to this condo.

The property has beautiful views without and within. It is very comfortable. Our host responded to any questions we had quickly and pleasantly. If we visit Fountain Hills again, I cannot think we would stay anywhere else.

Gorgeous Mountain Views!

The owner of this property met us at the condo at check-in to show us around. He was very kind and accommodating. The views from the two decks are absolutely beautiful. This condo is close to downtown Fountain Hills and easy access to Shea Road. We felt very safe with a security gate into the community. Easy access to trails and golfing!

Wonderful host and condo

Rudolph is a fantastic host and was attentive when we had any issues. His condo is in a great location of Fountain Hills and the balcony has some of the best panaramic views of the mountains and valley area. We liked it so much that we tried to book it again for 2025 but it's already booked for the dates we wanted. Hope to be back again in 2026.

Absolutely Thrilled!

We had the pleasure of spending 6 weeks at this gorgeous property! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for an extended stay - very comfortable and spacious bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and the BEST views in Fountain Hills! Breathtaking! So many times I felt like I was looking at a painting when I looked at the views. Rudolf was a pleasure to communicate with - always available for questions if necessary. We highly, highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Guest room with private bath. You are close to lots of hiking and biking areas. Lots of restaurants close by. Sunrise and sunsets on separate balconies. Rudolph was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good orientation when we first arrived. Everything in the listing was as good or betted than stated. We would definitely stay here again.

Inside, sunlight moves beautifully through the open living areas, illuminating vivid artwork and modern furnishings that balance comfort with elegance.Every detail feels intentional, from the digital frames displaying the owner’s fine art and travel photography to the thoughtful touches that make the home both inspiring and restful. Mornings bring quiet views over Fountain Lake and the fairways below. Evenings unveil a panorama of sparkling city lights stretching across the East Valley.For me, this is more than a place to stay. Review

The views were spectacular!! Rudolf was very accommodating. We needed a new coffee maker and he had it there the next morning. Two issues: the kitchen was not cleaned out. I had to throw away old food. It looked like he was still living there. Second: the bed in the master is not a true king bed. It was two twin zero gravity beds. There was a “crevice “ between them and no headboard so the pillows kept falling off the back, as the bed wasn’t positioned against a wall as it should have been.
