Nestled in a quiet and well-established neighborhood in North Phoenix, this home offers a peaceful suburban atmosphere with convenient access to city amenities. The area is known for its clean streets, mountain views, and proximity to outdoor recreation—just minutes from hiking and biking trails at Lookout Mountain Preserve and North Mountain Park. With quick access to State Route 51 and Loop 101, exploring Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas is a breeze.

Guests will enjoy convenient, contactless check-in with a secure smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival, allowing easy entry without the need for keys. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, and backyard. Driveway parking is available, with additional space on the street if needed. Check-in and check-out are designed to be smooth and flexible for your convenience.

This inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the additional bedrooms offer cozy beds and plenty of storage. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and a dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking essentials. Guests will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and a private backyard—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Driveway and street parking are available for your convenience.

The home offers convenient access to major roadways, including State Route 51 and Loop 101, making it easy to reach downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the airport. A car is recommended for getting around comfortably, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. For those using public transportation, Valley Metro bus stops are located nearby, connecting you to shopping centers, dining spots, and local attractions. Whether you're commuting or exploring, getting around is simple and stress-free.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

The house is located in a perfect spot next to Highway 51 in Phoenix. It makes it convenient to get to downtown or other destinations. The house is very clean. The couches in the living room were OK wish they would’ve had a bigger sectional. There was only room for five people to sit in the living room without adding a chair from the dining area. The house communication was outstanding. The location of the house was more important to us as we were going to downtown Phoenix for baseball games.
