“We had a wonderful stay! Mel was an excellent host… responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us and very close to where we needed to be. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that would be within walking distance if it weren’t for the Phoenix heat! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here...

“Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.”
