With 3,175 square feet of gorgeous living space and a prime location sitting on a half-acre in the North Scottsdale/Kierland area, this lovely home is the perfect getaway for your group's next fun-filled vacation. Close to everything, this home is the ideal place for guests who want nearby access to restaurants and shopping, the Kierland Commons Mall, and even the Scottsdale Airport.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space dressed in hardwood floors, a stacked stone fireplace, and lots of attractive decor. When you're not out on a fun hot-weather hike, kick back in the living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the home's mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal.

The kids will love playing in the enclosed yard and splashing around in the expansive private pool while you catch up will old friends from the comfort of the patio furniture. When evening falls, enjoy a good soak in the hot tub then gather everyone around the firepit for a night of toasted 'Smores and good conversation. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
