  • Enjoy this beautiful fully renovated condo featuring 2 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for couples, friends, or small groups visiting Scottsdale.

    The condo offers a large open living space with plenty of room to relax or entertain. The kitchen area includes four barstools and a full dining table, making it easy to gather for meals or drinks before heading out.

    The living room couch converts into a comfortable pull-out bed, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. We provide extra sheets and pillows for the pullout to ensure a comfortable stay.

    Prime Scottsdale Location:
    You are just a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale’s nightlife, restaurants, and bars. The condo is conveniently located directly across the street from Sprouts Grocery Store, along with several nearby restaurants and shops.

Great location and walking distance to alot in old town scottsdale. Driving distance to alot of hiking and casinos. I would definitely rent here again. Thank you to my host Lance for helping me extend my stay a few extra days.

Convenient and clean

Had a quick trip to AZ, this place was clean and nice, bed very comfortable. Short walk to old town and the restaurants. Would stay again.

Good place to stay

We loved staying at this condo. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. We were close to hiking, spring training, restaurants and groceries. It was nice being able to walk to Old Town in the evenings. We would stay here again!

Great location!

We had a great week here. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The pool was very nice and the grounds were well kept. This unit was nicely appointed and provided all the essentials.

Listing very accurate, would definitely stay again. Very walkable distance to old town Parking for one car in covered spot, put the others in the street as we were not sure about it but there was ample street parking

Old Town Scottsdale done right 👍

Had a great stay here... perfect location for spring training baseball ⚾ especially if you're a Giants fan! Also perfect for Tesla/EV owners since there's a supercharger across the street. Comfortable and spacious condo... Super responsive owner... Close to grocery shopping, restaurants etc. Next time I am in Scottsdale I'll definitely look to book this again.

Super cute property, great living space to relax, stocked fridge, parking accommodated large truck, very comfortable beds! Perfect location to dining, gas, and freeway access. Noticed a private security guard at all times around the property. Highly recommend.

Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Everything looked new and was well stocked with the basics. Lance was very responsive to my questions. Located very close to Old Scottsdale. Enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice

Lance’s place was clean and comfortable. Both beds were comfortable with good sized rooms, with towels and kitchenware clean as well. Great balcony to enjoy the weather. Nice to have an assigned covered parking spot. 4 minute walk to Starbucks. Only stayed one night but hope to be back!

Nice Condo!

My adult daughters and I stayed for a girls night out. We enjoyed the Condo so much. It was large and spacious and decorated so nice. The Arizona art was was beautiful, We loved taking a selfie on the photo set up and it was very nice to have all of the light switches and cabinets labeled. We were slightly disappointed that the hot tub is currently cold, but believe they are working on it. Great place to stay!
