  • UPPDATERING: 2020 KOMPLETERA uppgradering och renovering av 1 miljon dollar. NYTT HUVUDHUS NYTT POOL. Cactus Stone ligger centralt 1/4 mil från HW 101, minuter från familjevänliga aktiviteter, 15 min från flygplatsen och 10 min från Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restauranger, topp golf, casino och mycket mer. Nyligen ombyggd 2016, har huset en öppen planlösning som är perfekt för underhållande. Det ligger nära allt som Scottsdale har att erbjuda!

    Cactus Stone är perfekt för par (5 kung sängar), solo äventyrare, affärsresenärer, familjer (med barn) och stora grupper. Hemmet sover 20 bekvämt.

    Huvudbyggnaden har 3 sovrum (2 king sängar, 2 fulla sängar), 3 badrum och en jätte komplett öppen planlösning område som är perfekt för underhållande. 2 kompletta sängar kan läggas till huvudhuset på begäran. Dörrar öppnas ut till en en tunnland bakgård. Poolen kan värmas mot en extra avgift. Bakgården har en full beachvolleyboll och gott om bord / sittplatser för uteservering / underhållande.

    Det andra huset "pensionat" har 3 sovrum (2 king size-sängar, 4 fulla sängar), 2 badrum, ett kök och ett stort spelrum med en fru. Pacman maskin, fotboll bord, öppen spis och massor av spel.

    Alla sängar och möbler är nya i både huvudbyggnaden och pensionatet! Huset sitter i slutet av en gata utan granne på ena sidan och en tunnland mellan den andra grannen. Det är ett mycket privat och mycket öppet utrymme. Detta hem är perfekt för en riktigt fantastisk Scottsdale upplevelse. Hemmet är fullt utrustat för att matcha alla 5-stjärniga hotell.

We were all pleasantly impressed with everything here. I met Noah in the driveway and he walked me through everything. As members of my family came in they were overwhelmed about how nice the property is. Everything was in place and to be honest you can’t often say this but I think it’s nicer than the pictures make it look. Alex makes booking the property very easy and he’s great to speak with about what you need and help you find the right spot. A great place to stay with a large family!!

Noah and Karissa were incredible host and the property and house was fantastic! Amenties were top tier and the house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. My bed was so comfortable I tried to pack it in my suitcase. Would absolutely stay again and appreciate the hospitality.

Perfect Golf Getaway House

Eight of us friends have enjoyed coming to Arizona every April for the past 24 years. 22 of those years was in the Las Vegas area, but we decided to try Scottsdale Arizona this year. This property showed so well online that I was initially skeptical if it could be this perfect. All eight of us love the house, fully accommodated and we had a blast. working with Alex and Noah from the initial booking to the arrival tour of the house were great to work with. We will definitely make this house our April getaway for the upcoming years. Not one of the friends involved want to go back to Vegas. Thank you for a gorgeous house with a beautiful pool and spa and fully loaded with all amenities needed for incredible experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this Scottsdale property! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were kind enough to increase the heat for us (for a small additional fee) so our kids could swim comfortably. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the volleyball court doubled as the best giant sandbox — our kids were in heaven.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Great House for Guys Golf Trip

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our 8 guy golf trip. The home had plenty of bedrooms and a lot of amenities for the group. The home is stocked with everything you'd need including the spices in the kitchen. Noah, the property manager, was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and gave us a great tour of the home before our stay started. Can't thank you enough for a great experience.

Spacious property with excellent host

We stayed at this property for a golf trip with a group of 12 guys, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal—just a short drive to all the courses we played, as well as restaurants and other amenities. The host provided everything we needed, and the amenities, from comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, were top-notch. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location!

Great house for a golf trip

We came for a boys golf trip and found this house. The house is amazing, with great bedrooms, including an outdoor pool house that has its own loving room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There was. Large kitchen a attached living room/dining room - which was great for everyone to hang out together. There was also an outdoor game area with hot tub, pool, pool table and ping pong. The boys had a great time and we'll be back

Beautiful oasis!

Stayed at this property for our annual girls trip. We had 8 girls and plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is huge and has plenty of amenities. Had a minor maintenance issue and the property manager had someone there within the hour to fix it. Highly recommend!

Great home for large group

This vacation rental is exactly as photos show & very well maintained. We were a family of 10 Adults ranging in age from 19 yo and up. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels etc & the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All beds & bedding were super comfortable according to everyone in our group. The only drawback is the home is located right next to the 101 , so the backyard is quite noisy. I am sure this wouldn’t bother some people…. We only found that to be problematic when sitting outside at the fire tables & couldn’t hear the people across from you. Otherwise 10/10 ☺️

CACTUS MANSION RETREAT

Perfect for a large group getaway!

The pictures and description are absolutely spot on! This property is gorgeous both inside and outside with plenty of space for our large group of 12, all adults (couples) celebrating a 40th birthday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and had room for more if needed. The hosts are extremely quick to respond with any questions we had but we had no issues at all during our stay. The internet worked great, there was a portable speaker with Bluetooth and the sound was perfect. Plenty to do in the backyard oasis!! The pool was wonderful, there was a pool table and a ping pong table, corn holes, and plenty of outdoor seating. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful. We will definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Very Nice, Some Maintenance Issues

The property was overall nice. Outdoor area and main house were really nice. The guest house it dated though, and not up to the nicer standards of the main house. 3 double beds in one room was weird. Had maintenance issues with the pool heat (which was not refunded after I paid and it did not work for the entire stay), wifi stopped working and consequently tvs didnt work, icemaker stopped working, and the second freezer was leaking. Also the back yard was not landscaped.
