The living room is designed in the style of the 1910s with plush velvet armchairs, while the bar nook is straight out of the roaring 1920s with art deco accents. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique flair. Outside, you'll find a beautiful backyard oasis complete with a sparkling pool and spa. Lounge chairs are provided so you can soak up the Arizona sunshine in comfort. There's also a fun cornhole game for those who want to play a friendly game with friends and family. Located just 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Rhythmic Retreat is close to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife in the area. From world-class golf courses to hiking trails, there's something for everyone to enjoy in Scottsdale!

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

16th Birthday Gathering

This was the perfect place for my 16-year-old to have her birthday gathering. Her friends enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and lay out on the turf playing games. When they were done being outside, they watched movies. The sofa was ok. Beds were comfortable.

Won’t use Rebl for a VRBO again

Great location but the floor tile was dirty, the hot tub had yellow, cloudy and smelly water and the pool was full of debris. The inside of this home definitely needs a deep clean. One evening we also smelled sewer in one of the bedrooms. We paid a little more to stay here for the pool and hot tub and unfortunately, were unable to use both. I messaged the host about the hot tub and pool and twice they said they’d have someone out. Nobody came and nothing improved. Also, each time the host would reply, we heard back from a different person. We will definitely not be renting from Rebl again.

Dirty and lots of broken items

The floors, counters, baseboards, nightstands, tables, bed frames, the google home display devices, dishwasher, utensils, washing machine, pool, hot tub and more we're all filthy. There was a lot of things that were broken throughout the house. Would not recommend if you have any standards on cleanliness.

Just OK

The location was perfect for our stay. The flooring in the restroom and the shower definitely needs a good bleach cleaning. The towels are very small and cheap quality. There are a few maintenance issues I reported to the property management (door to cabinet broken, tp holder broken, dresser had tacky substance and got all over the bottom layer of our clothes in the drawer.) Traffic and highway noise is loud and bothersome especially at night.

Needs a good deep clean

Overall the house was quite filthy. Floors were not mopped, the washer/dryer need a good deep clean, had a foul smell. Dishes were in the cupboards not fully cleaned. Furniture in the living room was broken. The hot tub cover was ripping and had mold in the cover and particles of the cover were falling into the water. The water of the hot tub was not clean when we arrived either. The pool/outdoor space was nice overall.

Loved the place!

We stayed for a bachelorette party and loved it! The pictures do not even do this location justice. It was so cute. Close to Old Town Scottsdale area making it easy to get to dinner and happy hour. There is a coffee shop right across the street, so we walked to get coffee in the morning, It was clean and stocked with the necessities.

False Advertisement

The property did not deliver on what it was advertised as having. When we arrived the pool was filthy and the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. The dishwasher wasn’t working either. We called immediately to ask someone to come and fix these issues, especially since they were some of the main reasons we rented this property. While people were sent out to fix the problems named above the same day, nothing was fixed and there was no communication as to what was going on. When I called the next day asking for someone to come back out and address the same exact issues, someone came out and fixed them but by the time it was completely fixed, it was night time and we were leaving very early the next day, so we weren’t able to enjoy the property as expected. Someone was supposed to follow up with me and discuss my concerns but when I left the property, it was “out of sight, out of mind”. I called to try and connect with someone when I arrived home and still have not heard back from anyone. It’s unfortunate because it communicates that my family and my money is not valued by the owners or the managing company.

We checked in Thursday night the 18th which was smooth & easy !! Since we where a bachelorette party I didn’t put much thinking into the bunk beds being way too high !! We came from New York where the weather for November is 40-50 degrees so Arizona bring 80-85 that was very warm for us. We wanted to use the pool & it was dirty the robot wasn’t working we asked the manager to fix it and the response was “it’s a bit chilly”. But once again we are from New York where 85 degrees we could use the pool. The floors where very very dirty like they are never mopped !! The overall quality of the home was a 4/5 because the house is very very beautiful and easy for Ubers/Lyfts to get to. If your staying for a couple days the grocery service was so worth it they delivered everything before we got there and stocked the fridge !! We just really wish we could of used the pool

The best stay!

We had such a great time when we stayed here with our large group! House includes games to play, pool was clean and overall was full of fun! Owners are the sweetest we’ve ever met! Great choice! Will be coming back for sure!

Cute house in Scottsdale with pool

We enjoyed this house in Scottsdale with a pool and hot tub! The decor was super cute and location was great. While there, the manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The blender broke while there and a replacement was there within a hour. I was impressed! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. With the pool being unheated it’s got to be really hot outside to use it. It’s refreshing but not something you can stay and swim in all day. We still had a great time!

The Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. Our hosts have thought of everything. It's conveniently located, close to everything. The home was more than comfortable for my family of 6...nicely updated baths, spacious bedrooms and a friendly place to gather in the middle. The outdoor space was exceptional. Nights were a bit chilly, but perfect in the hot tub. I can't recommend Scottsdale Eleven more highly. A great experience all the way around. Would definitely stay again.
