A 2-bedroom villa in Scottsdale! A relaxing, southwest experience near the scenic Sonoran Desert! Families will love the water slides, pools, and family activity center, proximity to great golf, upscale shopping, and Old Town Scottsdale’s nightlife. Head just west of the resort and you’ll find the popular McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This free outdoor reserve features more than 182 miles of outdoor trails. The Phoenix Zoo in downtown Phoenix is also popular, and the beautiful 222-acre Ecanto Park that includes the Enchanted Island Amusement Park is perfect for family fun. There are a bunch of great golf courses in the area - be sure to check out Grayhawk Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale. If you're craving something sweet, head over to The White Chocolate Grill, which serves refined riffs on American staples and shareable signature desserts.

Great property, short stay, pricey

Everything about the stay, other than the price, was great. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and the price is usually much more reasonable. Not so this time, but I did book on fairly short notice. Property is beautiful and well-kept. Multiple bedrooms in the unit make it ok to share with business associates. Have had the family along before too, and it’s even better for that.

Family Fun

The property was very nice and well maintained. Our room was well equipped so it was easy to cook most of our meals there. Our kids loved all of the pools and waterslides and its nice that there are multiple options. The location is excellent and there are lots of amenities close by. We also found it very easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great value

Will definitely stay here again. Great location for us, nice to have a few different pools to choose from, spacious condo layout. As has been said in other reviews, can hear upstairs guests a bit more than is ideal, but otherwise, very comfortable stay. Excellent value for a stay in Scottsdale!

Condo/timeshare very nice

Very nice updated condo in a timeshare property. The adult pool was very nice. Located just down the street from the Princess, so great location. Plenty of room! Had everything we needed for 2 days. Would stay again. Price very reasonable.

Good experience

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice and location was great. Enjoyed the pools however two of them the heat wasn’t working so they were cold. The condo was well stocked and served our needs. It was nice to be able do to laundry or run the pool towels through the dryer.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 5 with 3 young children under the age of 5 stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The resort provided us with a crib for our baby so we didn't have to travel with one. The room was well stocked and the pool/arcade area were great. Only downside was both the splash pad and waterslide pool were not heated, but we were able to use the other pool and had a great time! Resort is well located near shopping and activities! Would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future!

This place is a gem!

We had the best time at this resort and were so sad to leave! Pros: -Location is amazing. -Grounds were well kept. -Two bedroom condo was more than enough space for a family of 5 and was clean. -Pools, hot tubs, restaurant and games room were all very close. Cons: -The water slide pool was not heated, so we couldn’t use it, but there was another pool and a couple of hot tubs we could go to. -The restaurant and bar closed pretty early and was closed Mondays and Tuesdays. - They are timeshare units, so they try to give you the sales pitch a couple of times while you’re there. Overall a great place in a great location!

Wonderful and spacious place

We had an amazing time. We loved how much room our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo had. our kitchen was spacious and had all the amenities of home. The condo was very clean and the hotel had lots of amenities for adults and children. We loved the game room/activity center. We were able to have lots of family time and be entertained without leaving the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Resort

We had 4 adult women staying in a 2-bedroom/2 bath, full kitchen unit. We were located right by the swimming pool. It was awesome. Very conveniently located to shopping and wonderful restaurants and the one oh1. We would be very happy to stay here again! A great family resort!

Book through Holiday Inn

Pros 4 pools (1 social, 1 adult, 1 waterfall, 1 slide pool) Huge kitchen Blackout curtains Towels, shampoo/cond/lotion, tea kettle/coffee machine provided (no coffee filters! You will need to buy) Comfortable beds Clean gym & arcade onsite Security guard on site 24/7 for outside office hours needs In unit washer/dryer Cons This is a basement unit, so if you do not enjoy being kept awake all night by noise from units above, I would not recommend staying here. The best night of sleep I had during our 9 day stay was the one day there was no one in the unit above Slide pool was NOT heated and we were told by VRBO that "everything is up & running" when I specifically asked twice about the pools. My extended family and their kids flew in to stay at the resort as well and all were disappointed they could not use slide pool. One honest staff member told us the slide pool has been like this since November and management keeps saying it's a maintenance issue and are not motivated to fix it. We ended up paying for day passes to the Fairmont next store just to use their slide pool. There is a restaurant and a market onsite, both of which are closed on Monday and Tues (???). Again, went to the Fairmont next door for coffee and lunch. Since there is no turn down service, you must take your trash out to the dumpster every time the kitchen trash can gets full, which is in the parking lot. I realize this sounds lazy, but it definitely takes away from this feeling like a "vacation" when you walk your garbage bags across the facility to another corner of the hotel. We never stopped hearing from other guests about their $200 4-day stay if you book through Holiday Inn and listen to the vacation club offer, then get $100 back just for listening. We paid over $2,000 for this reservation. That hurts a lot. In hindsight, I would have felt a lot better about our trip had I only paid $100 for a place that was deceptive about the slide pool. The slides were on but the pool was ice cold (one of the main reasons we DID choose this place was for our kids and their cousins. Everyone was pretty disappointed to show up & the pool was so cold their lips turned blue). No other guests used this pool for that obvious reason.

Christmas spent in Arizona

We had a great time over all. The space was large and clean and worked great for our family. The beds and kitchen set up were great. The bathroom towels could use to be updated. But otherwise the room was fantastic. The only disappointment was that the waterslide pools were not heated. This was something I checked specifically about when booking months ago and was told they all were open and heated during our stay. They were down for maintenance for three months which was not told to us in advance. The other pools were warm but extremely crowded since the main area was closed. Overall we enjoyed the place and our trip. We would stay here again, but we did pick this place for the water area for the kids. Thank you
