Gorgeous Views overlooking the golf course and South Mountain! Peaceful and centrally located for so much convenience. High end furniture, beds, and appliances. Parking made easy with 2 car garage and driveway for another 2 if needed. Sleeps 7 adults with comfort, or one big family!
Catch summer league baseball, downtown bars and restaurants in minutes. Golf is a short walk away to two 5 star courses.

We had an excellent stay. The view was incredible out on the back porch. The accommodations were great and as described. It was very convenient to all the places we were visiting. Owner was great and communicated very well with us. We would love to go back and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this roomy, well-stocked home on Raven golf course! Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the 12th fairway and South Mountain was a definite highlight, as was watching playoff baseball on the large screen tv! Everything you need, including freeway access, is just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!!

Amazing house

This house is in an amazing area with everything you need to have a great time in the phoenix area. The owner of this house was also very communicative and friendly and help me figure everything out as a first time renter. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect Location

The house was in a gated community, so the family felt safe. The location was not far from the store and college. The use of the enclosed garage was excellent, too. The house configuration worked in our favor, and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joe's property. He was very attentive and easy to contact whenever we had a question. The property is in a great gated community that is "walking" friendly.

*****CAUTION*****

Host gave us incorrect door code to check in and no instruction on which wifi network to connect. Those items were rectified without too much hassle. We booked because listing stated, and owner confirmed, complex had a heated pool. Big driver of vacation was to hang by the pool, swim and enjoy some family time. When we stated our disappointment about the lack of heated pool, the host was initially receptive to finding a solution, however when we suggested cleaning fee be waived as a gesture, we received a text from the host that said, "you're out of your mind". We did our best to make use of the hot tub at the complex, but a day later the whole area was closed due to some fencing issues. Owner offered some cash back to take kids to a public pool , but the links offered were for private spaces not available to us. When we suggested getting VRBO involved to help us work through the challenge then we were really met with some alarming texts from the host. Including, but not limited to: "time for us to call the authorities and have you and your family evicted from our property", and "You should probably get some courage and pick up the phone and call me like a man...Quit acting like a 13 year old girl". Also from the host: "VRBO has encouraged me to give them (our family) one more try and then call the police and have you thrown out", and finally from the host, "I would start packing or buy a clue and be rational". Needless to say, this left us feeling exceedingly unsafe and threatened. We attempted to find an alternate place to stay for the remainder of our time in Phoenix, but after calling multiple hotels and resorts found that everything was at full occupancy. Even after all for this, we respected the space, left it tidy and clean and rolled the bins out to the curb before departing. We would never book with this host again.
