Our gorgeous, one story home, Cardinal Cove, is waiting for you! Cardinal fans will love this home and location! Convenient for golfing, hiking, biking, Cardinal football games and walking to restaurants, guests will appreciate our comfortable and well stocked home. Home is for one 50+ couple and rents for 7 day minimum. The community amenities are not available to guests; however, guests are welcome to dine and have drinks at the clubhouse.

Home is within walking distance of a Safeway, Sprouts, AJ Fine Foods and Starbucks. Foodies will be delighted with the variety of nearby restaurants: Oggi's Sports Bar, Urban Agave (Mexican), Sakana Sushi and Grill (Japanese), Dillon's KC BBQ, Zipps Sports Bar, Babbo Italian Eatery, Brewhouse Pizza, Charlie's Sports Grill, HARU Sushi, The Tipsy (bar), Over Easy (breakfast), Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.

The great room features a cozy seating area to view the TV, modern kitchen with island seating and a dining area. A wine fridge keeps your vino the perfect temp until you're ready to pop the cork. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite brand. Doors in the great room access the backyard paradise with resort amenities. An adjacent game room features a modern pool table with various choices in seating for board games, snacks and beverages.

Both bedrooms have private baths, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite features a king bed, cable serviced smart TV and en suite bath with dual vanity sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bathroom 2 is private for Bedroom 2 and includes a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with beautiful tile. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.

A well stocked laundry room has modern appliances and detergent. Two bikes are provided for guests who long to tour the community and beyond on 2 wheels. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway; no garage space available.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 50+ years.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 2 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests to standard occupancy of two (2).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

All TVs are smart; great room and primary suite TVs are also cable serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
