- Spend the holidays, a golf trip or a winter escape at Four Peaks Villa, a bright, spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in quiet Fountain Hills with Four Peaks views. There's an open kitchen and living room that fits the whole family, a patio made for sunny winter afternoons, and a quiet den for remote work. Pets welcome. Ask about free early check-in and late checkout.
Winter in Fountain Hills
This is the best time of year to be here. Mornings are cool, afternoons are sunny, and the Four Peaks view from the patio is the main event. Golfers have We-Ko-Pa, SunRidge Canyon and Eagle Mountain close by. Hikers can head to McDowell Mountain Regional Park or Saguaro Lake. North Scottsdale is 20 minutes away and Old Town is 35, for Barrett-Jackson in January, spring training in March, or dinner out.
Holidays here
The house is built for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked for Thanksgiving dinner or a Christmas morning breakfast, and there's room for everyone to spread out. The house is decorated for Christmas from late November through New Year's.
Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 10)
- Primary suite: king bed and spa-style bathroom
- Second suite: queen bed and private ensuite bath
- Two more bedrooms: one queen bed each, with bedside storage and closet space
- Den: pull-out sofa
- Charging stations in every bedroom
Living and working
The open living room has a 75" smart TV. The separate den has a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi, which works well for longer winter stays.
Kitchen
Fully equipped for real cooking, with a Keurig coffee bar (pods included) and a few drinks in the fridge when you arrive.
Outdoors
Have morning coffee with the Four Peaks view, or grill dinner on the patio. The private pool is not heated, so swimming season is May through September.
Families and pets
A Pack 'n Play, high chair and toys are available for little ones. Pets are welcome.
