âTook several pictures. Spa out of order. Gym out of order. Arrived and assigned room was not clean yet. No cleaning staff at night so no other room that matched ours. No spare rolling cots for smaller room. Smaller room reassigned to was also dirty (but not to same extent and tired of going up and down to bother the 1 and only staff onsite). Figured out what the smell was lingering in 2nd room and disposed of article. Donât stay with your kids here. Parking was the only positive to report out.â

âHorrible experience. My initial room was cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom and in the beds. Staff was super polite gave me another room in which that room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was cold hotel needed a major upgrade.â

âOne star for the staff. They were always friendly and helpful.
No stars for: overall poor condition of the premises, especially the elevator. Buttons on 3rd floor were wired incorrectly. Hotel rear entry door was never locked. Room was subpar also: inconsistent key card reader (had keys changed multiple times), air flow / fan not working in bathroom, air conditioner was extremely loud and clanky, and miscellaneous quality issues (dents, dings, chipped paint, stained carpet, etc.).â
