Lake views + beautiful & serene East Valley home - Mesa Superstition Springs PHX

Sit on the back patio and watch the sunsets over the adjacent lake, and soak up the sunshine in this lovely Phoenix east valley home. This home-away-from-home is in the Superstition Springs area of Mesa, and is fully appointed and professionally designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Walk to the nearby movie theatre, or try out the many restaurants and shops nearby.

Contact-free check in is available with a keypad entry and a custom door code, for your safety. You will have access to a 2-car attached garage and large back yard with a BBQ, propane fire pit, patio lounge chairs and a view fence overlooking the nearby lake. (The lake is run by the HOA, and is not available for swimming or fishing, but there are walking paths and benches around it that you can enjoy. And there are other fishing lakes around that I can direct you to, as well).

Easy accessibility - there are no internal steps in the home.
There is a dining room table that seats 6, and 6 bar stools in the kitchen / breakfast room area as well. The kitchen is well-stocked with basics like spices for cooking, plenty of plates and cookware, a slow cooker, rice cooker, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, Keurig machine, measuring spoons, a convection toaster oven, and more.

Lovely family friendly home

My husband and I stayed for a few days along with our son and his family. The home is lovely, clean and well stocked, with a beautiful yard. Our grandchildren especially liked all the toys available. The crib and high chair were a welcome amenity. Our only quibble was that our son said that one of queen beds was not comfortable.

Casa Mesa - What a gem!

I can't express how perfect Casa Mesa was for our AZ vacation/Memorial Day weekend! The location was ideal for visiting family and attending our graduate's celebration. We felt so fortunate to find this property - it truly provided everything we needed and more. Casa Mesa is such a gem, and I know future guests will love it as much as we did. Respite in time of need

We needed a place for us to stay and family to gather in time of some grief. This place is a very open format and had plenty of community area for quality connection time. All the expected amenities were there as well as some unexpected but welcome surprises. The owner is very thorough with their communication and expectations. Just what we needed.

All the Comforts of Home

The host was very responsive and informative. The house is in a great location and is clean and well stocked. We awakened in the mornings to birds singing in the shaded backyard overlooking the lake. Everything worked fine and we even had access to park in the garage. Air conditioning was great. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place in Mesa!

My group could not have asked for a better stay for our trip to Mesa. Renee provided outstanding communication, with quick reaponses and lots of information about the area, including recommendations for restaurants. She was even kind enough to mail a pair of earrings that were gorgotten on the nightstand.The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Lots of places to spread out, and we loved sitting out on the patio. The house had lots of little things to make the stay feel like home, such as lots of coffe choices, plenty of cookware, and little things like ziploc bags and foil/saran wrap. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Checkout was a breeze, no long list to do here! I highly recommend this home for your stay in Mesa!

Great location and lots of supplies for little ones

Our first night the AC went out so we had to move to a hotel. The AC was fixed and without us asking the owner gave us a credit for unused nights. To our surprise there were a number of things we could not travel with, like strollers, baby bath, and other childrens toys. This was great as we had a 6 week old and a 22 month old. House was well stocked with things. A few items were in need of repair apparently from a previous guest. She was appreciative of us letting her know the things we found so she could get her maintenance on it right away before the next guest.

Great place for the price.

This is a nice 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Floor plan is well executed. Instructions clear. Host responsive and took good care of us. Great backyard too. Only thing to be aware of there is no street parking between 1am-5am. There is a two car garage and a two car driveway so as long as your cars fit you will have no issues.

Quiet spot, conveniently located

I was looking for a place fairly close to family in Mesa and this fit the bill. Clean, spacious, well-stocked and a very quiet neighborhood. No issues with anything and it was a nice oasis after big days with family. My daughter and I had plenty of room to get away from each other. Fridge was large and we appreciated the fancy water dispenser in the kitchen. Overall, a super space. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Backyard Oasis

Fantastic getaway

We came for a family wedding and were very comfortable here. It gave us a nice getaway from the hectic wedding festivities. We enjoyed the peace. They even had fun Christmas decorations! We would definitely stay here again.
