• No glass in or around the pool area
• Only registered guests allowed on the property
• Respect all furnishings and décor, additional charges for damages

-Pet Policy
Our home is pet friendly. Ensure to add your pet(s) to your reservation when booking. If pets aren't added to the reservation and the pet fees aren't paid, we will request the fee if a pet is brought to the home.
• Dogs only (no cats or other animals)
• Maximum 2 dogs
• No pets on furniture or beds
• No pets in the pool
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets indoors and outdoors
Any damage, excessive hair, odors, or waste beyond standard cleaning may result in additional fees.
Unauthorized pets will result in a fee and possible cancellation of the reservation.

• Pool Safety: Supervise children; no running on wet surfaces, no glass in or by the pool (By booking this property you accept all pool risks)
