Last minute trip
We booked this last minute on a holiday so didn’t have a lot of time to research and didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy with the accommodations. Location was beautiful and this was the best stocked vrbo we have ever had. Beds were very comfortable and home was clean. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Master bath was dirty, toilet paper in toilet & hair on seat. Contacted Jessica to see if we could check in a little earlier & never heard back from her. The view is pretty from the deck. The area is quiet. The pool water was cold.

Beautiful lakehouse
We spent a wonderful week at the condo. It is very homey and even nicer than it appears on the listing. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable and the back deck has a beautiful view of the lake. And the refreshing community pool is adjacent to the condo — easy access. We loved it!

Tempe treasure
What a beautiful property. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, and convenient. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Spring Training Stadiums. Spent many evenings relaxing on the patio. Our host was quick to answer any questions and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Bob Q.

Winter Getaway 2023
Beautiful condo in The Lakes of Tempe. The view was gorgeous. Even though AZ had the coldest winter in 20 years, we made the most of the patio! Sun shines until 11:00 am. The rest of the day is in shade. I downgraded to 4 stars as I was quite surprised we had to purchase our own app to watch local news and sports. The internet is a bit weak causing the picture to ghost. Requires rebooting and tweaking of the TV quite often. For short term rental no problem. We rented for 2 months. The local bar, Pier 54 and local restaurant Lido were great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view
Quiet condo right on the water. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Cozy living room for enjoying coffee or even better on the patio overlooking the lakes. Walking in the neighborhood was really nice and the pool right next door was great. Our guest host was great when we reached out and very accommodating. Parking was plentiful. So many restaurants to choose from in the area. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful tempe lake view
We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful lake view everyday. The house was close to grocery store and shopping. A short walk to local pier bar/restaurant on the water. The mattress was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very clean home. The rug in the living room is not safe for the elderly.

Peaceful get away

Tempe on the Lake
This property was perfect for us. The location was central to our daily jaunts throughout the area. Watching the sunrise each day from the back deck was a great way to start the day. This place is located close to a few fun eateries and to a local grocery store. The property manager (jessica) was very responsive to the few questions we had as our stay began.

Better than 5 stars
This is a very nice condo on a great location - a grocery store and Target up the street one way, and an fun outdoor restaurant within walking distance in the other direction, while having quick access to the highway. Parking is very convenient, directly below the condo. The condo itself was spotlessly clean and very nicely appointed. But what I especially liked were some of the things that many condo owners miss - a wall adapter with 6 power receptacles and 4 USBs in the master bedroom, a mirrored cabinet to store makeup in the master bath, basics in the kitchen if you are planning to cook. It has a beautiful view of the lake (the picture doesn't do it justice) that is relaxing to view daytime or evening. I would happily stay again!

A Quiet Lovely Gem
We loved our stay. 2 adults in town for a 4-day hiking vacation. Well-appointed, very clean property in a well-manicured very quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to all basic-needs shopping. A 20-minute drive to multiple hiking destinations. Lovely (and quiet) view of the water from the patio deck. We will be back!!

Fantastic Property
This was a beautiful place to stay while visiting the area. We were very comfortable with great access to walking, restaurants, grocery stores, and any activities in the area. Management was extremely helpful and prompt in welcoming us, as well as, answering any questions that arose. This would definately be our first choice for future visits.

Perfect Retreat!
My sister and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The condo is exactly as pictured, very tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for your stay. It was clean, the bed comfortable and being on the lake was a treat. We wanted to check in a day early, and couldn’t contact the property management company but we were assigned a host-Jessica and she took care of everything....she made it happen and we were very grateful for her help and she was WONDERFUL. If the opportunity arises- I will definitely be staying here again-and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful condo to friends.
