Verification Process



To comply with legal requirements and building security policies, guests may be required to complete a verification process prior to check-in. This may include:

• A credit card matching the name on the ID

• Verification of contact information

• Completion of our secure guest verification portal

• A background screening, when required by the property, building, or management



All information provided is used solely for identity verification and security purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.



Rental Agreement



All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their stay. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to:



• Comply with all house rules and rental terms

• Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in

• Complete any required verification procedures

• Undergo a background screening if required by the property or building management

• Understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until all verification requirements have been completed



Our goal is to maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests. Repeated violations of house rules or property policies may result in additional action, including removal from the property at the guest's expense.



🛡️Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required) 🛡️

All guests must choose one of the following options through our secure Hospitality Guest Portal after booking:



🛡️ $400 refundable security deposit, or

🛡️ $40 nonrefundable damage waiver



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy (Applicable to Pet-Friendly Properties Only)



Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please notify us before arrival to ensure your reservation remains valid.



• $20 per pet, per night

• Maximum of 2 pets

• Cats and dogs only

• No weight restrictions; however, breed restrictions apply



Restricted breeds include:



Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.



Failure to disclose a pet prior to arrival will result in a $500 fee.



Property Safety & Security



• Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the property. These devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio. Tampering with these devices may result in additional fees.



• Security cameras are installed in common and public areas, including hallways and building entrances, for safety and security purposes.
