  • Centrally located near Cave Creek Golf Course, this 3BR/2BA home offers an amazing location when you are traveling with bigger group and need a great place to relax and explore places around the city. Perfect for family and friends traveling together, enjoy an open floor plan that features huge living space and full fledge kitchen.
    Conveniently situated between I-17 just south of Loop-101, this home makes it easy to explore the valley and all local hot spots.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    Whip up delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and an ample counter space.

    When you are ready to eat, gather at the dining table or at the breakfast nook for two.

    Neutral tile can be found throughout all common living areas, kitchen and bathrooms.

    BED & BATH

    This single-level home sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

    A spacious master bedroom features a queen-size bed. An en-suite bathroom is equipped with a combination of bathtub & shower. The flooring for this bedroom is carpet.

    Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a comfy queen bed, while the guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination and double vanity. The flooring for both the bedrooms is carpet.


    OUTDOOR AREA

    The outdoor area provides a patio dining area with seating for 4 people. There is huge grass lawn which is regularly maintained by our landscaper.

    EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

    Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to 2 cars. Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    An absolutely incredible house close to Cave Creek Park and easy freeway access to I-17 helping your commute to nearby hospitals.


    When booking the place, please let us know purpose of your visit and if you need early check-in or late check-out so that we can try to best accommodate your visit to Phoenix. We will try our best to be flexible and accommodate your request as long as it is reasonable ask.

Spacious and clean - wonderful stay!

Our family stayed here for 5 days - it was perfect for our needs! Right off I-17, it was easy to get around and navigate Phoenix. The home was very clean and well taken care of with plenty of amenities. We ate breakfast on the back patio almost every morning soaking in the sun. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hosts are lovely people who were in close contact, answering all our questions and giving us the lay of their home. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home

We stayed here for our wedding and it was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and news by the Highway. You’ll enjoy this home.
