Great Intro to AZ

We stayed at John’s property while waiting for our new house to be finished. This property is great! Great views!! All communications were prompt, thorough and accurate. We loved the property!

Wonderful House on Golf Course

We enjoyed our time at the house. Everything was clean. The view of the golf course was excellent. We even saw some coyotes and desert hares. Great house. Talking with the owner was easy and he is very responsive to questions and needs.

December 2021

House was nice and backed up to the sixth fairway/green which made the backyard look so much bigger. Great sunsets with the White Tank Mountains in the foreground. Communication with the owner was excellent. House was close to Albertsons and Starbucks along with many restaurants. Master bedroom mattress was not good for our backs so we bought a 2” memory foam cover and it somewhat helped, we left it on the bed for the next tenants. Saw a small scorpion in the kitchen the first day there, John the owner lined had the Pest Control out the next day. We would rent it again however we are purchasing our own home in Grand so no need.

A lovely property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. This property is well cared for and well furnished. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed for those of us who love to cook and entertain! John was always available and readily answered back if we had any questions. The location on the golf course is beautiful. We would certainly rent this house again.

Well stocked, great view, wonderful amenities

We stayed at John's place for 3 months while our house was being built. The house is very well stocked with various supplies that you might need. It was also in a very convenient location. Close to shopping and food - Trader Joe's was only 5 minutes away!! The amenities in the community are exceptional. Two large fitness facilities, indoor pool, indoor walking track, pickleball, tennis, and very reasonable golf rates at 4 different golf courses in the community. If you like walking, there is a great walking trail nearby the house that runs along Reems Rd. The house overlooks the 6th fairway/green on the Granite Falls North Golf Course, and the view is spectacular from the family room! The refreshing waterfall fountain in the backyard was another plus. John was very responsive to all emails and phone calls and very quick to take care of any issues we ran into during our stay. The only downside was that we had to pay for electricity and cable for the summer months and was a bit surprised by the high electric bill. I suggest inquiring about this before booking during the summer so you're not in for a surprise.

Five Star Owner and Home!

Without question, I give this VRBO a 5 star rating and the owner a 5+ rating. Clean, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen and a responsive host what more would you like when you rent a VRBO? I can not thank John enough for always being responsive to answer my questions about my first long term stay in Arizona. I will return to Arizona again and hope to stay at this property again. Hot summer stay

We stayed here for the month of April 2019. This house is well equipped and a beautiful facility. John was a pleasure to work with. Any small issue or question we had he would get back to us right away. He even called us from the Caribbean.

Great View. Very comfortable furniture inside and out.

Enjoyed numerous sunsets, including from inside the house on colder evenings. Enjoyed watching the bunnies and birds from the patio. Two dining areas is quite handy. Nice, friendly neighborhood culdesac so no excessive traffic. Responsive landlord on any questions. Booked again for three months in 2020.

Great location on golf course and very comfortable home

This home is very well-located on the 6th green of the Granite North golf course which provided us many happy times just sitting, relaxing and watching the golfers. The home was very clean and is well-furnished with comfortable beds, good linens, a well-provisioned kitchen, and a nice family room and dining room layout. The owner responded very quickly to a small number of issues, and was very pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed being able to ride bikes to the Adobe Centre, and the location of the home in close proximity to three of the four SCG golf courses was also a plus. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

We really enjoyed Sun City Grand for the month of December. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need to feel right at home. The view from the patio was fabulous - we watched many beautiful sunsets from there. All the amenities provided you with lots to do and a great way to meet all the wonderful residents that live there. We look forward to our next visit.
