The house was great and in a perfect location for easy access to multiple Spring Training venues, downtown Scottsdale, and the airport. It was large, clean, and comfortable with lots of privacy for two couples and a wonderful patio out back. Host was very responsive. The only issue was that a few of the pots / pans / utensils were not properly cleaned, but overall the house was clean and VERY well stocked.

This house was perfect for 7 adults with 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Beautiful backyard area with plenty of seating and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens and towels available. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Vacation Home - Great Customer Service

We absolutely loved this house and all of it's amenities! It was beautiful and clean and the property manager was great to work with! It was very close to Old Scottsdale (an amazing little town) and two hours away from Sedona! I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful and Perfect Home ~ exactly what we were looking for!!

Everything from the booking to checking out was easy and smooth! The property manager answered all of my phone calls, as well as any text immediately! The house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our large family of 10. Pool and patio in the back yard made this home the perfect vacation place. I would highly recommend this home as well as Evolve Vacation Rentals!!!

Great location

This property was great for me and my 2 adults kids purposeful gathering. More space than we needed. However, I was aware when I booked. The outdoors area, provided opportunity for us to barbecue in the evening. My only negative is the pool needs some TLC. It's centrally located near many great sites, restaurants and shopping.

Nice but some issues

Most of the interior was updated, and the kitchen was very nice. Some exterior work was needed, and there appeared to be some ongoing ground work (planks of wood on a few places where concrete needed to be repaired?), but overall it was fine. All was well until a few days in, when our group experienced a foul smell coming from the downstairs bathroom, which we learned was caused by a plumbing issue that the owner said had been a problem lately. Unfortunately, no one was able to get to the house to fix the problem until our group was almost ready to depart. This issue definitely put a damper on the weekend, especially since we were hosting customers at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Do not stay at this property

This place is a dump. 1. House smells like mildew. 2. House was so dirty you could draw you name in the dust. 3. No heat for two days. 4. Heating supply and return covers were covered in dust. 5. Bathroom fan covers, covered in dust. 6. Walls were in severe need of repainting. 7. Broken towel bars. 8. small hot water tank. good luck taking showers. And the list goes on and on. Run from this place.

Quiet Residential Neighborhood Location

All was fine. Just the light in the upstairs bathroom was out. Called the agent but apparently due to Thanksgiving holidays, she was not able to send a repair person. I guess? Facility was clean for sure. Bed was comfy. Enough towels and good laundry machine. We liked the layout. Good residential location. But the shops are few blocks away. So nothing walking distance unless you walk seven-ten minutes. This will be the only caveat!!

Overall our stay was great. They were kind enough to let us drop our bags off while the home was being cleaned from previous stay. Unfortunetly the cleaning service didn't show so it appeared the owner themselves did the cleaning. I am sure that was frustrating. It could have been cleaned a little better (mostly floors and kitchen) but I am sure the owner was not expecting to have to clean themselves. When we had questions, most of the time they were very responsive, a few times we never heard back. The location is about an 8 minute uber ride to Old Town. Grocery store and other amenities were a few minutes away. I do recommend they spray for bugs as there were cockroaches (not many but each night we saw a few outside) as well as crickets. I hear this is completely normal but spraying will solve the problem. I do wish there were a few outdoor games like other properties offered (cornhole etc) but we made due. We were able to have late check out since noone was checking in, which was nice as we needed a couple hours before heading to the airport. I would def stay here again!

Wonderful Property and Location

This wonderfully updated property was both comfortable and clean. Made good use of the covered porch and pool during our stay and enjoyed grilling out and eating in. Surprisingly close to Old Scottsdale and just around the corner from every amenity you could imagine. Would happily stay here again with friends and family.
