Denna vackra moderna lägenhet har totalrenoverats.
Den har en öppen planlösning med två sovrum med sovrum med egen TV på varje sida av det öppna köket och vardagsrummet. Denna semesterbostad i North Scottsdale är ett unikt hem hemifrån.

Vår 1 100 kvm ft lägenhet har nya travertin brickor genom lägenheten. Vårt kök har helt nya rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Vardagsrummet har en hansome svart lädersektion, stor LED HD-TV och Blu Ray-spelare.
Vi har Wi-Fi genom lägenheten och gratis fjärrsamtal till Kanada och inom USA.
Den nya fullstor tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren finns i lägenheten.
Vi har takfläktar i alla rum för din extra bekvämlighet med den centrala luftkonditioneringen.

Komplexet är säkert och gated. Klubbhuset innehåller ett affärscentrum med datorer, fax och skrivare. Det finns ett gym. Det finns 2 pooler och en badtunna och en green. Fyra grillplatser vid poolen.

Vi är en 10 minuters promenad till Kierland Commons och det nya shopping- och matcentret Scottsdale Quarter.
Kierland golfbana ligger också inom gångavstånd.

Perfect location, comfy, cozy and safe space for recovery---or fun!

Two physicians go to Phoenix for a transplant at a world class transplant center, and through great stroke of luck find a wonderful one level condo along with its (remote but) unbelievably helpful and friendly host, Alex. The Plaza Res "suite" had everything we needed, and more. Comfortable and well equipped with everything in great working order. Any issues at all, and Alex was there for us. Perfect for getting back and forth to multiple, frequent followup appointments (9 minutes from Mayo), near to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, has nearby parking, a well equipped nearly adjacent place to exercise and a pool (which alas we couldn't use, but looked as though it would have been nice at a cooler time of year). Alex also dispensed lots of personal suggestions and information for day trips and museums, and kept up-to-date things like menus from nearby restaurants. Speaking of which the condo is also 10 minutes from the best museum we have visited in the entire world--(and we've been all over)-- the Musical Instrument Museum. MIM alone is worth a trip to Phoenix! Couldn't recommend this place more highly to anyone looking for a homelike and safe environment in which to recover---or recreate.

Rehabilitation heaven

We stayed in Scottsdale for 6 weeks after my husband had total knee replacement at Mayo. This condo was perfect. We were close to the hospital and physical therapy. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. As my husband’s mobility improved we were able to walk to Kierland Commons. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable when away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Parking was always available. The local neighborhood was beautiful for walking. Alex was an amazing host. He made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return if we ever need to stay long term in Scottsdale!

Excellent accommodations

The condo, resort amenities and the location was excellent. Everything in the condo was great quality for example the beds, living room furniture etc. It had everything required for out stay. The condo was very close to the pool and the BBQs which was nice. We really enjoyed the pool area. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t require anything but felt if we did the host would be on it right away given our communication with him. We have stayed in many rented properties and by far this was the nicest and most comfortable! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great time in Scottsdale at the Plaza Residences. Our unit was comfortable and well appointed. The property is conveniently located close to world class shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. The owners are very professional and made the rental process seamless and efficient.

PERFECT

This two bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and me. It is a short 2 block walk to Kierland Commons, our favorite shopping and eating area in all of metro Phoenix. The condo complex the condo is in was being cleaned daily by a friendly and expert team. We met several of the full time residents, who were delightful to talk to and who gave us some helpful tips to enhance our stay. Our bed was among the most comfortable we have experienced. We enjoyed the brand new living room sectional sofa and big screen Smart TV. The second bedroom had a desk in it that we used as a computer desk and a place to read books. A surprisingly well stocked library of contemporary books gave my wife and me a chance to read several of our favorite authors during our stay, as well as guide books to help us plan our hikes. Both before and during our stay, the owner, Alex, was very attentive to our questions and our needs. He made all the paper work and check in process very easy. One time my wife suggested to Alex that he may want to get some of his knives sharpened. The next day a complete set of steak and carving knives arrived via Amazon. This condo is a great find in an ideal location.

Wonderful place to spend time!

We were very happy with this condo. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and just so very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay here very much. The amenities in the condo, as well as, the community itself, were wonderful. The location is great, close to Kierland shopping, and centrally located for many golf courses. We highly recommend this condo unit.

Perfect location.

Alex was on the phone with us as soon as we came through the gate, talking us directly to our unit. Condo is steps from pool and workout room. The area has many wonderful restaurants and bars. Short drive to several mountains for hiking, golf courses and Old Town Scottsdale. Could not have been a better location. Unit is modern and spotless.

Stay at Plaza Residences.

Our stay at the Plaza Residences was great. We were here for my husband’s surgery at Mayo Clinic and it made his recovery so much easier to be in a home setting. Our condo was fully equipped and very clean.. we really appreciate the communication with the owner. It was comforting to know they worked with us to extend our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Another Wonderful Stay

We just finished another very enjoyable stay in this condo. It is updated, clean and has all the cooking utensils that you will need for your stay. A short walk to the pool without the noise from the pool. The owners are always very easy to work with. Get ready, we are coming back again next year.

GREAT. Everything was perfect.

Condo was perfect for our 5 week stay. Stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Place is well kept, clear, modern and up to date. Entire gated community so clear and well kept also. Tough time of year for heat, but great pool area a short walk.away helps. I cannot say enough great thinks about working with the owner Alex and his wife Michele. They were so helpful with all the details for the condo and even local shopping and restaurants. This was our first stay but not the last. A wonderful place to stay in Scottsdale

This property has it all -a hospitable host, the perfect Scottsdale location, a quiet, well-decorated and well-maintained environment, and all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We were here for a little over two months and loved being able to sample the wide variety of restaurants/shopping/entertainment the area provides. This condo has a well-furnished kitchen that allowed us to make some great meals at home, too. The pool, exercise room and grills are nearby and we used them regularly. Furthermore, the complex is very close to a wide, well-lit walking trail that we used most evenings after sundown. I truly appreciated interacting with Alex, the host. He made certain we knew the ins and outs of how to navigate the property and the surrounding area and was very thorough in terms of sharing information. We recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience Scottsdale. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo, Superb Hosts!

What a wonderful month in this incredible condo! This was our first stay here and will certainly not be our last. Alex and Michelle made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The pools, hot tub and clubhouse could not have been nicer. I love to cook and bake, and the kitchen had everything I needed. But mostly it was a perfect place to just relax! Alex was always available to answer any questions and I feel he became my friend, even if we have never met. Do not think twice about choosing this condo....everything is first class all the way!

Fabulous...once again

This is our third stay at this property. Alex has made each stay so easy and welcoming. The condo is extra clean, very quiet, and with a fabulous location. We finally enjoyed the pool area this stay, very clean and well maintained.....great golfing, casinos, shopping, restaurants all very close by. Easy access to Diamondbacks and Coyotes games! This has become our treasured home away from home...can't wait to go back
