Month stay a March 2026. We enjoyed our stay. Any reported concerns, Robyn was very attentive and responded in a timely fashion. We really enjoyed the pool, with the hot weather we had. Things we found not in a typical vrbo home; this rental did not appear ready for renters- homeowners clothes hanging in closets, all their bathroom essentials all still there, not an empty drawer for us to unpack our belongings, there was an old dishwasher sitting in the kitchen, bicycles didn't work properly- brakes dragging, there was only 5- 6 forks and spoons, pantry- all filled with their food. Outside front lights all burnt out, all but one light around the pool didn't work. Opened Mini fridge outside under covered porch, and inside was moldy black contents. No propane for grilling and extra tank was empty. Dedicated work space worked great, however printer had no ink, but was advertised. Great clean neighborhood and felt safe. Had to ask host for codes for gate and house. Expected to buy bathroom supplies, however upon arrival very limited supply to get us started. Overall, we felt property was in need of some TLC & general maintenance. Wendy B.
