Located in a gated community in the North Central Phoenix, the apartment is located close to amazing restaurants & downtown and is snuggled against a mountainside with scenic hiking trails, golf courses, and amazing sunsets over the mountains on your own private balcony in a quiet corner of the community. Granite kitchen counters and marble bathrooms, with two bedrooms, washer and dryer, an office nook, private balcony, and reserved covered parking for two cars. This Condo is located on the quiet corner end of the gate community with only one shared wall, no neighbors above, and no interior stairs.
The gated community features include controlled door access entrances, elevator access, and open-air corridors. Sparkling pool overlooking the mountain, spa, and gym create resort living. The pool has a mountain view that cannot be beat with a large hot tub as well. There is a grill, fitness center, clubhouse, business office for residents' use, & billiard-room that are all centrally located.

Host was responsive to needs. Condo was located in great spot to get to downtown Phoenix which was requirement for me. Condo was as advertised with pool, workout facility and views.Was a great spot that allowed me to take care of things I needed to do in November

Great stay, tricky check in

The property was as advertised. Great location for my needs. The only glitch came with check in…couldn’t find the lockbox for the keys! Finally was sent a picture of its exact location and problem solved.

Beautiful location and excellent experience

We stayed for 50 days and really enjoyed this clean and well-appointed property. Great amenities. Condo complex is very secure and has a heated pool , hot tub, pool table and exercise gym- all were super clean! Host was very responsive and respectful! Views were awesome with lots of sunrises, desert vegetation, and hiking trails!

Phoenix Vacation

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the security of the location, being that it's gated and key fob secure buildings. The pool and hot tub were great to have access to! We loved being able to walk to a hiking location right beside the condo. The listing was accurate with the amenities. However I definitely suggest providing access to Netflix/Hulu/etc with a Firestick or something. Finding the keyfob in the lock box was incredibly difficult, however if you make sure to view the check in instructions on the app and not your email, there is a picture that helps. Unfortunately, of course, I didn't notice the picture until we were leaving. The lighting in the rooms was lacking and the switches were very confusing. The layout matches the listing still but the pictures need some updating. We absolutely loved our stay though, being conveniently located and all the amenities that were provided.

Nice view and privacy

Some areas are in need of repairs - one shower had no hot water, the towel racks fall off the walls, the disposal was plugged and not operable when we arrived. We cleared the drain stoppage but the disposal still did not work. We let the property management know so hopefully that is all fixed. We enjoyed the privacy the property offered and the size was just right for 3 of us staying.

Great value

Place was very nice Awesome layout Everything we needed Nice to have the coffee center stocked. Suggested improvements: 1. more comfortable seating in living room such as a sectional couch or two couches. Current sofa sags in the middle. 2. Although clean and tidy, the whole place could use a good deep clean - i think there is an odour coming from the garbage disposal. 3. I couldnt find the iron or blow dryer and needed both during this stay. Having said all of the above suggestions, we DID really enjoy your place. Thank you.

Relaxing home base

This was a great place to stay while I was visiting our daughter at GCU. I was able to enjoy the sparkling pool when my daughter was busy on campus, and the condo was conveniently located for easy access to campus and amenities The property was clean; the other residents were very friendly; there was a walking/running path just steps away from the entrance; and the host was very responsive to the couple of questions I had while staying here.

Great getaway

Our stay here was great. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with all basic amenities to live in for an extended vacation. The pool facility was under renovation and off limits, which was the only downside to the trip. We would not hesitate to stay here again, the room and the entire complex were quite nice.

AMAZING VIEWS!

Our stay truly captured AZ living. The mountain views were stunning —- definitely step outside on the porch and watch the sunrise and sunset. The owner was super attentive too —- wrong lock box code was listed but they responded right away and made sure we got into the property with ease. There was a water pressure issue and the owner was again, on top of it right away to resolve. Everyone was also friendly at the property. If you are looking for a place with some beautiful mountain views this is it! The pool and gym onsite was also a nice bonus : ). I’d stay again.

Feel at home

The condo was very thing they have in the listing. The pool was quiet, which was perfect for me. The condo made us feel at home and the Mountain View on the patio was everything. Definitely will book again.
