The condo features two spacious bedrooms, a separate workspace/vanity, high-speed WiFi with a dedicated business modem, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax by the pool with comfortable patio furniture and fluffy pool towels provided, or grill outside on the BBQ. You'll also enjoy three smart TVs with Hulu Live, reserved covered parking, and easy access to Main Street's local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Owner managed with care by an experienced host.

The quiet community pool is for registered guests staying at the condo only. It's heated except from December 1 through January 31. The HOA manages the pool, and it may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs. Refunds are not available if the pool is unavailable during your stay.

Traveling with little ones? I'm happy to provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, plus children's toys and games at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let me know what you'd like before you arrive.

You'll have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, BBQs, covered patio, and seating areas are shared with this small, quiet community. You'll often have the pool to yourselves.

The condo is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

Although the condo and complex are peaceful, you're in the heart of Old Town, so you may occasionally hear light neighborhood or street noise.

Packages may be delivered to the door via FedEx or UPS. USPS mail service is not available for shorter stays, but guests staying one month or longer can receive USPS mail—just ask for instructions.

The quilts on the beds may differ from the photos because they're rotated regularly to keep everything fresh and in excellent condition for each guest.
