“We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. I chose this property for the airport shuttle that was helpful for the car rental return the night before and our flight out the next morning. It was a very convenient location.”

“I was charged multiple times and they couldn't tell me why. I also have not received it back into my account. I was charged for the room, $50 incidental hold, $14 for parking and a random $84 charge that they have no clue why and haven't refunded it.”

“We really like staying here. It's within walking distance of one of the downtown Tempe light-rail stations, and it is then within walking distance of restaurants and nice neighborhoods to explore. The hotel itself is clean and quiet.”

“Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned.”
